Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Roadworthy app and website. By using Roadworthy you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must have the right to store any pupil information you add.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe through your own connected Stripe account. You are the merchant of record for lessons you sell. Roadworthy charges a small service fee on processed payments (1% + 50p, capped at £4 per payment); Stripe's own processing fees also apply. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Roadworthy for anything unlawful or to send spam.
• Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Respect the privacy of the pupils whose data you hold.

Availability

We work hard to keep Roadworthy running, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime or from data you entered incorrectly.

Cancellation

You can stop using Roadworthy at any time. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
